The Anniversary House Bed and Breakfast was built in 1926. Newly renovated and expanded, The Anniversary House combines the traditional warmth and character of the period with contemporary amenities including cable TV/DVD, air conditioning and a private baths. All five bedrooms are as different in character as the four seasons, each room having its own unique setting that captures the feeling of a year round getaway!

Features a 7’ tall antique walnut, Eastlake queen-size bed, a matching marble topped dresser and nightstand, private bath, large window and ceiling fan.

The Summer Room
Features a king-size Mission style bed, antique empire style sofa, two large windows, private bath, a ceiling fan, wireless internet  and cable TV/DVD.

The Fall Room
Features a king size bed, autumn colors, hardwood floors, antiques, walk in slate shower, ceiling fan, TV/DVD and wireless internet.

Weddings
Our romantic bed and breakfast in Cedar City offers the perfect location for that special wedding day. The Anniversary House is one of the most romantic Bed and Breakfasts around, with enchanted gardens and fountains providing special memories for one of life’s spectacular events, your wedding. We can provide just the gardens for your ceremony or accommodations for your rehearsal dinner, bridal package for the bride and her bridal party, honeymoon night in the romantic Oceanside Suite, full wedding consultant services or any other accommodations you may desire.

For a perfect outdoor wedding, the following accommodations are available.

Just the Gardens
  • Full yard with Gazebo, sound system, seating for up to 100
  • Use of room for dressing and preparation
  • Use of dining room prior to ceremony

Ceremony and Reception
  • Full yard with Gazebo, sound system, seating for up to 100
  • Use of room for dressing and preparation
  • Use of dining room prior to ceremony
  • Tables and chairs set for reception, with wedding party table, table cloths, utensils

Guest Information
Room rates: are per night double occupancy and include a full breakfast, but do not include State or Local taxes. A $15 charge will be added for each additional guest.

Reservations: A credit card number is required to hold the room. Because of our size, cancellations affect us greatly. Therefore, we strictly adhere to a fourteen (14) day cancellation policy for full refunds. Any cancellations less than fourteen (14) days will be charged the full room rate for all reserved days.

Smoking: We provide a smoke free environment

Check-in: Check-in is from 3 pm to 8 pm. Please advise us if you will be arriving later than 8 pm or you would like to check-in earlier than 3pm. 

Check-out: Check-out is 11 am.

Children: Our goal is to provide a relaxing and peaceful environment for all of our guests. We therefore ask our guests to seek prior approval before bringing children under the age of 12 years.

Discounts: One discount per guest per room. If eligible for more than one discount, only the highest one will be applied.

Pets: We have an outside kennel for medium to large dogs at no extra charge
