Nestled high on a hillside acre, our 5,000 square foot southwest territorial home adjoins miles of virgin desert with a horizon full of spectacular views of many mountain ranges. These include the Mazatzals to the north, the 7000 foot high Four Peaks to the east, and the Superstition Mountains to the south as well as close up views of the Sonoran desert with all the abundant wildlife.

We have always loved antiques, collectables and heirlooms, so we wanted a home that was casual and warm, with a lived-in antique shop flare. Among the heirlooms you will find lamps made from an Electrolux vacuum, an old boot and a even a coffeepot. Everywhere you look you'll discover knickknacks with an interesting story to tell. In the living room there is a bubbling plant-skirted fountain with a trumpet horn for a spout.

A fun part of staying at Bedlam is joining us for a family style breakfast, usually served at 8 a.m. in our dining room. Other times for breakfast can be accommodated depending on your schedule. Stories, laughter and engaging conversation abound as a full breakfast of homemade quiche or scrambled eggs with warm muffins or coffee cake, plus a fresh fruit plate, coffee and juice is served.

Tumbleweed

The Tumbleweed has a private bath, TV and phone, and is non-smoking with a high-speed wireless internet connection. It features a king size wrought iron bed and plush couch that is perfect for stretching out or curling up with your favorite book. The large armoire holds the TV and stocked refrigerator. The coffee pot on the antique library table waits to serve you when the mood arises. 

Coyote
The Coyote features a king size bed, rocking chair and love couch that pulls out for a single bed. The room is complete with TV, refrigerator and coffee pot for that first morning brew. The room also has a complete private bath, telephone, is non-smoking and offers a high-speed wireless internet connection. You will enjoy the views from the porch swing just outside your door.

Rosewood

The Charming Rosewood room offers a
Queen Four Poster bed and wing back chair. The walk in closet has a coffee pot, refrigerator and plenty of area to hang your clothing. As with all of our rooms, you'll have a complete private bath, TV and phone. The room is non-smoking and has a high-speed wireless internet connection. Enjoy the views from the porch swing just outside your door.

Sunrise
You will definitely wake up on the sunny side in the Sunrise room! A King size homemade Four Poster Log bed adds to the sunny, comfortable decor. You'll feel right at home with a refrigerator and coffeepot, complete private bath, television and telephone, the room is non-smoking with a high-speed wireless internet connection. Enjoy the views from the porch swing outside your door.

This was our first time in a B&B.  We did not know what to expect when we arrived, but your warmth made us feel right at home.
