Forget-me-not Room

A spacious Victorian bed chamber is filled with lovely, turn of the century, burled walnut furniture. and a marble topped lady's vanity. High queen bed and twin bed, both with pillowtops and handmade quilts sleep 3 comfortably. Private bath with large shower and pedestal sink. Rose and blue Laura Ashley wallpaper. This room also connects to the Lilac Room  to sleep 5.

Hollyhock Room
An 1890's heavily carved high maple bed with a crown canopy. Decorated in a soothing peach and green wallpaper and filled with Victorian charm. Overstuffed reading chair with ottoman and a vintage floor lamp. Antique maple and oak furnishings ooze charm and warmth. Private bath with shower with the sink mounted in an antique treadle sewing machine cabinet.

Lilac Room

A cozy bedchamber with a high turn- of-the-century queen bed and private entrance from the garden. Decorated in lilac, pink and green with an oak floor and private bath with large shower. The Victorian marble topped dresser is a family piece as is one of the bed side tables. It connects to the Forget-me-not Room to sleep 5.

Morning Glory Room
An enchanting, storybook Country/Victorian retreat. Convenient main floor location. Beadboard walls, blue and yellow wallpaper, original maple floors and a charming 1871 Eastlake bed with Queen pillowtop mattress with handmade patchwork quilt. A  comfy reading chair with ottoman add to your escape. Beautiful view of the garden from the window. Large private bath with shower and the sink vanity.

Rose Room

The Rose Room is a delightfully romantic bedchamber with an 1890's oak queen bed tucked under the eaves on the second floor. The two windows overlook the front garden with climbing roses blooming just outside. It is decorated in rose and teal with roses.

There is also a vintage sofa in the room for your relaxing pleasure. The large private bathroom is crowned with an antique claw foot bath tub and hand held shower. This is a favorite with our guests!

Guest Information
  • A full breakfast is served in the dining room at 8:30 am. Sorry, we are unable to accommodate special dietary restrictions.
  • A $30 deposit per room per night is required to secure reservation. All room rates are double occupancy.  Each additional person is $20.
  • Cancellation Policy: We ask that you give us a 30 day notice before your scheduled arrival date. If we are not given a 30 day notice and the room is not re-booked, you may be charged for the entire stay. A rebooking fee of $15 will be charged per room per night for all cancellations.
  • For the safety and consideration of others all rooms are non-smoking.
  • Check-in between 3:00 and 6:00 p.m. Special arrangements must be made to check in before 3 or after 6. Check out is 11:00 a.m.
  • We accept personal checks Visa or MasterCard.
  • Group Reservation and Cancellation Policy: Any group reserving three rooms or more will be charged in full at the time of booking. This  is completely non-refundable. When we take a group reservation, especially many months in advance, we always end up turning other guests away. Unfortunately, it has become necessary to have a group cancellation policy. 

Getting Here
From I-15, take exit 59. From the South turn left on 200 North, From the North turn right ( you should be traveling east) to 200 West. Turn right (south) on 200 West. We are located about two blocks down on the left (east) side of the street. The Garden Cottage Bed and Breakfast is a little white English cottage trimmed in blue and covered in roses. There is a sign out front and a cottage garden.
