$145 - $285 Room
and Suite rates are based on double occupancy and include an Innkeepers
Breakfast Buffet. Additional guests over 12 years of age, $25.00 charge
per night. Rates do not include 8% Occupancy Room Tax and $3.00 per night
Energy Surcharge.
Children
and Infants: Cribs are available at no additional charge. There is
a $15.00 charge per child under 12 years of age.
Pets:
Your
pets are welcome here for a small fee of $15.00 per animal per night. For
your pet's use, we provide a comfy granny quilt, a two-bowl pet dish, and
a bedtime treat.
Smoking:
Smoking
permitted outside only. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged for violation
of this policy.
Payment
Guarantee: Rooms must be guaranteed by credit card for the minimum
of one night. We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover,
Diner’s Club, Traveler’s Checks and cash.

Cancellation
Policy: A $25 processing fee applies to all reservations regardless
of the reason or time cancelled. You are required to notify the Hotel via
phone by 6 p.m. two days prior to the date of arrival. Full room rate will
be charged with less than 48 hour notice unless the room is re-booked.
Holiday
Stay and Special Event Cancellation Policy: Cancellations with less
than a 14-day advance notice will be charged a minimum of one night’s stay.
In addition, all cancellations will be charged a $25 processing fee.
New
Year’s Holiday Cancellation Policy: Cancellations with less than a
30-day notice will be charged a minimum of one night’s stay. All cancellations
