At Maplelag there are no TV's, video games or phones in the rooms, providing a wonderful sense of isolation from the outside world.

Imagine yourself with your family or friends putting together a jigsaw puzzle, playing a favorite board game or just "catching up with each other". And, the new lodge is full of little nooks and crannies just waiting to be discovered.

At Maplelag, it isn't all about cross-country skiing. Activities include dances, talent shows, bird and wildlife watching, “The Plunge”, skiing, snowshoeing, kicksledding, ice skating and ice fishing. We are also an ideal location for scrapbookers. We can accomodate up to 60 people providing each person with a 6 foot personal table.

"Maplelag has a back bowl that serves as a great terrain park for sledding, snow sculpting, ski instruction and ski games. We offer a variety of ways to relax and enjoy your time with us. So, however you choose to spend your time, Maplelag is the perfect place to make magical memories.

House Specialties

At Maplelag, one of the favorite activities of our guests is eating! As one of our guests commented, "Skiing is something to do to pass the time between meals!". And, food is something we take very seriously! We prepare all of our entrees, desserts and most of our breads from scratch, using only the finest ingredients.

The Bottomless Cookie Jar
You may find it hard to believe but Maplelag has four "bottomless cookie jars", filled as often as needed, with four kinds of homemade cookies. There is also fruit, coffee, tea and hot chocolate available 24 hours a day in the lodge.

Conferences & Weddings

Successful Events
We have a large conference room that will seat up to 250 people, another conference room that is suitable for up to 80 people and seven break out rooms that can accommodate 5-35 people. Most of the rooms have Internet access and two rooms have satellite capabilities for those who can't miss "the big game" or special events like the Olympics.The large conference room has a platform/stage and is equipped with lighting and audio systems for stage-like performances.
