Wedding Package
Mill Rose Inn Provides:
  • Site: One Wedding & Reception per day, includes use of the gardens, inside facilities, including set up & clean up. See Time Schedule
  • Seperate Rehearsal Date
  • On site Dance Area
  • Music System: Exterior & interior music system is provided for playing tapes as an alternative to a DJ or band. 
  • Amplified Music is allowed and piano is available for use. 
  • Flowers: Altar flower baskets, plus decoration of bridal staircase, rose arbor, gazebo, buffet and all guest tables, your choice, as available. 
  • Chairs & Tables: are provided.
  • Guest Rooms: Three overnight guest rooms on Wedding Day.  The Botticelli Rose, The Baroque Rose & Renaissance Rose Suite.  One room is for groom & his party to get ready, the other room is for the bride to dress and use as the honeymoon suite.  A full champagne breakfast is served to each room the following morning.
  • Two Night Minimum: is waived for the bride & groom and their wedding guests.
  • Outdoor Heaters: 6 are provided.
  • Tents:  are provided as the weather dictates.  Each bride for each day will pay for half of the tent cost.
  • Wedding Coordinator & Consultant: will help plan your event from start to finish.  Work with our preferred list of subcontractors or provide your own.
  • Parking: ample street parking for up to 135 guests.











Suggested Time Schedule for
your Wedding:
  • 11:00  Mill Rose Inn and caterer sets up
  • 11:30  Cake, liquor and flowers arrive
  • 12:30  Bride and Groom arrive & get ready
  • 1:00  Photographer and musicians (DJ) set up
  • 1:00-1:45  Pictures of Bride & Groom before ceremony (separate and/or together)
  • 1:30  Guests begin to arrive
  • 2:00 Ceremony begins
  • 2:30 Ceremony ends
  • 2:30  Formal photos after ceremony of family and wedding party in front garden
  • 2:30-3:15  Champagne and appetizers served to guests in front garden
  • 2:30  Caterer removes chairs from ceremony area and sets up tables for guest seating in back garden
  • 3:00  Toast by best man
  • 3:15  Buffet is served
  • 4:30  First dance as Mr. & Mrs., Bridal Party & Parent Dance
  • 5:00  Cake is cut and served followed by Bouquet and Garter Toss
  • 5:15-6:00  Continue dancing and visit with guests
  • 6:00 Music stops..thank guests
  • 6:00  Reception ends
  • 6:15  Romantic photos at beach with sunset
  • 6:00-7:00  Caterer cleans up and departs
  • 7:00  Event extended one hour to 7:00 p.m. if all rooms at the Inn are purchased by Bride, or if one hour of overtime has been purchased.  In this case, the caterers and all lingering guests would depart by 8:00 p.m.

  • 8:00-9:00  Advanced dinner reservation made for Bridal Party and family at nearby restaurant, or go out on the town, visit pubs, etc.

Use with the Renaissance Rose, Bordeaux Rose & Sterling Rose Buffet Menus at an additional cost of $4.00 per person.

Choose three (3) appetizers: Crab cakes, Smoked Salmon Strudel, Curry Chicken in Filo, Mini Mushroom Strudel, Mini Beef Wellington, Mini Vegetable Wellington, Ratatouille in Filo Pastry Cups, Spinach Mushroom Florentine, Peppered Tenderloin Crostini, Mini Brie en Croute - Brie with walnuts, Filo Cup with Goat Cheese and Roasted Red Pepper, Sun Dried Tomato with Feta and Red Pepper Triangles, Santa Fe Chicken Purses. 

Choose one of  three Menu Options in this brochure. Prices are the same for each menu.  $34.00 per person for 100 guests.

Catering Costs for 100+ Guests

  • The catering cost for 100 guests is $34 per person.  Each person over 100 is $30 per person.  6-8 waiters.
Catering Costs for 99 & less guests
  • Less than 100 persons, price for catering is as follows:
  • 99-85 guests, $36 per person, 6 waiters
  • 84-75 guests, $38 per person, 6-5 waiters
  • 74-60 guests, $40 per person, 5 waiters
  • 59-40 guests, $42 per person, 4 waiters
  • 39-30 guests, $47 per person, 4 waiters


Additional Wedding & Reception costs not included in above prices

Minister, photographer, videographer, personal flowers which would be those that are worn or carried, DJ or live band and wedding cake and beverages.



Catered Reception Package

Caterer Provides:

  • Food:  individual customized catering menus from enclosed brochures.
  • Linens:  choice of white or ivory table linens for guest tables, bride's table, buffet tables, cake table, beverage stations, appetizer table.  Linen napkins. your choice of color.
  • China & Silverware:  dinner & dessert plates, fluted glasses for champagne, wine glass, beverage glass, coffee cups, silverware.
  • Skirting:  for buffet & beverage stations.
  • Coffee:  regular & decaffeinated.
  • Punch:  or Martinelli's apple cider.
  • Waiters & Bartenders:  for 8 hours, to include set up, reception time & clean up.  Additional time will be billed at $20 per hour per waiter & bartender.
  • Complimentary cake cutting.
  • Complimentary corkage.


California sales tax of 8% and 15% service charge will be added to your food costs.
