From North Umpqua River Vista Vacation Homes there is an easy, short path to the river, opening that spectacular world to you, for your private enjoyment. This private pathway ends at a private year-around fishing and swimming hole on the North Umpqua River adjacent to Turtle Rock.

Each of the North Umpqua River Vista Vacation Homes is designed and built with large decks that maximize private views and interaction with the nearby river. The decks come with furniture and barbecues so you can enjoy the North Umpqua River while you savor an end-of-the-day refreshing beverage, snack, or full meal. All rental homes have fully-equipped kitchens, with all necessary cookware, seasonings, and serving amenities — plates, silverware, and glasses.

Includes fully private bedroom with bay window, two queen beds with a queen hide-a-bed, all seasons heating and air conditioned, luxurious-sized bathroom, fully-equipped kitchen, side-by-side refrigerator, Gen-Air range, convection  micro oven, and electric dishwasher, family-sized washer and dryer. Policies

  • All reservations require a valid credit card to hold vacation home (Visa or MasterCard). A deposit of 50% of your stay is required to hold reservation.
  • Cancellations with more than a 30 day notice will result in full refund of deposit.
  • Rates are based on four people. Additional persons are $15 additional per person per night.
  • A two-night minimum stay is required for Friday and Saturday nights.
  • Well-trained dogs permitted for $15 per night cleaning fee in some cottages. Damage caused by pets will be charged to guest's credit card. 
  • No smoking in the cottages. Smoking is permitted on decks except when constrained by forest danger.
  • Parking for vacation homes is limited to one vehicle. If you need additional parking, please contact us prior to your stay. 
  • The North Umpqua River is beautiful, wild and scenic. However, it can be dangerous. Parents are reminded to carefully supervise their children at all times.
