The Villa Park House Bed and Breakfast in Spring Lake, New Jersey is a grand, Victorian era home that has been a welcomed retreat for visitors since 1896. As one of Spring Lake's original buildings, Villa Park House has been the choice for many wanting to relax and rejuvenate near the Atlantic Ocean. Our mission is to provide our guests with an impeccably clean and comfortable room, a hot and hearty breakfast, and enjoyable common grounds.

Villa Park House is one of the few B&B's in Spring Lake that welcomes families with children. We are conveniently located four-and-one-half blocks from the Atlantic Ocean and two miles of Jersey Shore boardwalk and sandy beaches. Villa Park House is one block from the Spring Lake and four and one-half blocks from downtown. 

The House itself is decorated with vibrant colors perfect for a New Jersey wedding, and exudes a relaxed atmosphere. Each room is different and has a personality of its own. There are 11 guestrooms available, and the functional floor plan allows for multiple adjoining room combinations that will allow us to accommodate larger families.

Guest Rooms
The Villa Park House Bed & Breakfast Inn is open year-round. We have eleven rooms and a floor plan that will allow us to accommodate families of up to six people. Most of our rooms have either a queen or king-size bed. All of our rooms have air conditioning, Cable TV, internet access (coming soon) and a refrigerator. Choose from the room types below to view photos and obtain rates for our different Guest Room and Suite accommodations. The Villa Park House offers Guest Rooms with both shared and private baths, and also Suites.
  • All rates are based per night, double occupancy with an additional 14% Sales, Hotel and Use, and Occupancy taxes. Please call with any Questions.  
  •  No smoking is permitted on the grounds of The Villa Park House.  
  •  Well-behaved children are always welcome.  
  •  No pets are permitted.  
  •  Check-in is from 3PM to 9PM. Earlier or later check-ins are possible with prior arrangements.  
  •  Checkout is promptly at 12:30 PM.  
  •  Beach badges are provided for the days prior to check-out only. Any request for a beach badge on the day of check-out is subject to an extra charge.  
  •  Bikes are available.  
  •  We provide beach tags, beach chairs, beach towels, and beach umbrellas  
  • We have ample parking

Directions
From New York or North Jersey

Take the Garden State Parkway South to Exit 98; follow signs to Route 138 East. On Route 138, go to the third traffic light and turn right onto New Bedford Road; stay on New Bedford all the way to the end (two miles). Turn left onto Ocean Road for about one mile; Villa Park House is on your right. 

From Philadelphia or Western Areas

Take the New Jersey Turnpike to Exit 7A or take 295 North to 195 East which becomes Route 138 East. On Route 138, go to the third traffic light and turn right onto New Bedford Road; stay on New Bedford all the way to the end (two miles). Turn left onto Ocean Road for about one mile; Villa Park House is on your right.
